COVID-19 Update: A message to our Choopy Collection family

 

Our main priority is health and safety. We will still be shipping all of our boxes through USPS.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to ship.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work through this together! 

 

*Please understand that business days do not include weekends and holidays. 

Choopy Collection gladly accepts returns within 7 days of receiving the items for a full refund, and 14 days of receiving the items for store credit. All sale items are final sale. 

Please note Choopy Collection reserves the right to refuse all returns.

 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must provide photos of the issue and we will provide a replacement (if available). We must be notified of the damage within 3 days of receiving the purchase.

Due to the limited quantities and high demand for our items, we cannot offer price adjustments on any item. 

 

******If there is a promotional sale for 40% off or more, the items can only be refunded for store credit******

 

*HOW TO MAKE A RETURN*

1. Email hello@choopycollection.com with your order number to authorize return. 

2. Once you receive authorization to return, send back via mail to the following address with the receipt that was included in your shipment:

PO Box 120050, Staten Island, NY 10312.

Just for consideration: Delivery confirmation/Shipping insurance for your return.

Choopy Collection is not responsible for your return.

All items must be returned to us in original condition with the original tags and accessories attached. 

This means it must be unworn, unwashed, and smoke/fragrance free. Choopy Collection inspects all returns and reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the return condition.

Please allow up to 14 business days for your store credit to be processed. 

The original shipping cost will be deducted from the credit.
